Product Description：

1. Chair Body
Made of new polypropylene (PP) mixed with glass fiber, formed by one-piece injection molding. It complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture (certificate available).
Plastic backrest dimensions: Seat depth 460mm, seat width 450mm, backrest height 410mm.
The chair body features a "smiling mouth" shape, with a hollow design on the backrest and seat plate (hollow size: 220mm in length, 30mm in width).
With a thickness of 7mm, the chair body has a stable structure. Its surface is waterproof, free of any watermarks and burrs, and meets ergonomic design requirements. (Soft cushions can be added to the seat surface.)

2. Stand
Constructed from high-quality steel frames, with a diameter of 19mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm. It adopts an arch structure, and its surface is treated with assembly-line acid pickling + electroplating or electrostatic spraying. Equipped with non-slip foot pads, the stand offers high overall stability.

3. Testing Standards
Tested in accordance with general office chair standards: For the plastic backrest, a 40KG back-pushing test with 120,000 cycles and a 108KG pressure retention test for 60 seconds are conducted.
The entire chair can bear a load of 180KG.
The inspection of hardware materials must comply with GB/T 3325-2017, QB/T 3832-1999, and QB/T 3827-1999. The hardware must undergo a 24-hour continuous acetate salt spray test.
