1.Chair Body
Made of new polypropylene (PP) mixed with glass fiber via injection molding. The backrest is designed based on the shape of a gourd, giving the chair body smooth and rounded curves that resemble the outline of a gourd. The backrest expands slightly, mimicking the rounded contour of the upper part of a gourd, and transitions naturally downward to the seat surface—forming a well-proportioned curve variation, just like the narrowed middle and extended lower part of a gourd. The overall shape is full and dynamic, retaining the natural and smooth beauty of a gourd. It complies with GB 32487-2016 General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture.

2.Chair Body Dimensions
Maximum back width: 450mm; Back height: 400mm; Seat depth: 420mm; Seat width: 460mm; Chair body thickness: 7mm. The structure is stable.

3.Stand
Constructed from high-quality steel frame with a diameter of 16mm and a wall thickness of 1.8mm, featuring an arched structure. The surface undergoes acid pickling + electroplating or electrostatic spraying treatment. The overall stability is high, and the entire chair can bear a load of 180KG. Material inspection must comply with GB/T 3325-2017, QB/T 3832-1999, and QB/T 3827-1999; it has passed a 24-hour continuous spray acetic acid salt spray test.

4.Testing Standards
Tested in accordance with general office chair standards. It can bear a load of 180KG; the backrest has passed a one-time tensile test of 108kg (with pressure maintained for 1 minute), and the plastic backrest has passed a 120,000-cycle back-pushing test with a load of 40KG. The surface is waterproof (no watermarks) and free of burrs. The design meets ergonomic requirements. (Optional: Soft cushion can be added to the seat surface.)
