Can I request a customized consultation?
Yes,we can customize the products according to your request,pls let us know your requirement,such as size,color,design,material.
What is the lead time?
Sample lead time: About 7-10 working days after comfirming all your request. Mass production lead time: Standard products are about 15 working days; customized products are about 15-30 working days after sample approval; Store products are 3-5 working days. Remark: Actually, the lead time depends on your order quantity and request of the products. If your order is urgent, pls let us know,we will try our best to meet with your lead time.
Do you offer free sample?
Yes,pls pay the sample fee first,once you place mass order,we can refund the sample fee to you,it means the sample is free for you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
In order to support our customer,we even can accept order starting from one unit
What is the warranty?
We offer 3-5 years warranty(The warranty periods vary for different products)base on non-human damages
Regarding size different
There may be a slight error in the measurement. If need customize size, please provide your dimensions and design requirements, and we will made the sample and mass production accordingly
Regarding color different
Product images may vary slightly from actual items due to lighting, shooting angles, or display differences. Please refer to the actual product color as the standard. But we can provide color cards for your selection if you need.
